A Project Monitoring System of Transformation and Development Department, Government of Assam. The system allows storage and retrieval of physical and financial progress data of various schemes undertaken by the department, and allows user-friendly reporting and monitoring services.

MLAADS

Members of Legislative Assembly Area Development Fund (MLAAD Fund) was introduced in 1994-95. The objective of the Scheme is to enable MLAs to recommend the works of development nature with emphasis on generation of income through creation of durable assets including community assets based on the locally felt-needs in their constituencies.

SUHRID

SUHRID Scheme was introduced in the year 2016-17. This scheme is intended primarily towards financial assistance for Health and Education purposes under MLAAD Fund. Sanction of ₹ 6300.00 Lakh under MLA Area Development was made against SUHRID Scheme (₹ 50.00 Lakh per LAC) for 126 LACs in Assam.

UNTIED FUND

Untied Fund is being placed at the disposal of every District/Sub-Division with a view to providing the Sub-Divisional Planning & Development Committee a certain measure of financial freedom and to encourage them to plan some schemes in their discretion. This is an earmarked fund for the purpose of encouraging Local Level planning.
